Sydney Beyond Fencing Club has been honoured as the 2025 Club of the Year by the New South Wales Fencing Association, recognising the club’s outstanding contribution to the growth of fencing, athlete development, and community engagement across the state. Since opening its dedicated Artarmon venue, Sydney Beyond has continued to build a high-performance yet inclusive environment that supports athletes of all levels, from beginners discovering the sport to nationally ranked competitors representing Australia on the international stage.

The award reflects the collective effort of coaches, athletes, families, volunteers, and supporters who continue to embody the spirit of “Going Beyond” — beyond results, beyond limits, and beyond ourselves. Sydney Beyond remains committed to using fencing as a platform for youth development, social cohesion, wellbeing, and sporting excellence, while continuing to advocate for the long-term growth of this Olympic sport within the wider community.
